Requests for petitions must be made by an individual suffering from cancer, or a family member of the patient. Please understand that by making a request to be featured, you are agreeing to have information publically posted. Only first name and a short description will be displayed. Address and phone numbers will be kept confidential and used for mailing purposes only.
